Electro-weak corrections at NLO to double Higgs boson production

With the advent of the high luminosity phase of the LHC and hopes to measure the value of the Higgs selfcoupling to an unprecedented precision, also the theoretical predictions need to be refined to derive more stringent constraints. At present the higher orders in QCD arrived at a level of influence comparable to this of EW corrections at NLO. This PhD thesis (in spe) aims at calculating these corrections.
